Apple Store down again… 4GB Shuffle? [Update]
Posted on March 11th, 2009 by tomacintosh in uncategorized, tags: apple store, updateI just went for a check on the Apple website to see if they have a Mini Display Port to HDMI cable available yet. To my suprise I found the Store is getting updated again. Whether this is just a minor update for the introduction of new Software etc I don’t know. I’ll keep my eyes peeled anyway.
I just like to add that I’d laugh my head off if an Apple Netbook suddenly appeared on the site in an hours time. (Even though it would obviously get it’s own special event)
[Update]
After a quick mooch about, it seems likely there’ll be a storage update to the iPod Shuffle, taking the capacity to 4GB. Seems like an awful long time just for one little update though. I’m still sure there’s something else going on!

64gb Touch!! COME ON APPLE! DOOOO IT
New model Shuffles. Which will speak out the title and artist.
It’s no 64gb Touch, but it’s better/more exciting than a standard size increase i guess.
What made you think they’d release a 64gb Touch lol? I think they’ll wait until there’s a 32gb iPhone before they upgrade the iPod.
I just wanted one, didn’t think it was necessarily on its way today. Just wish it was :p
Back to the shuffle; Now they’ve taken all the buttons off, you *have* to use their new earbuds to control it. Maybe a little control adaptor thing will come out for people who want to use their own?
Pretty cool how you can press and hold the button and it’ll read out the name of all your playlists, and you can then select the one you want to listen to with another click.
